SHIPPING CHARGES & TIMES offers free shipping for orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $4.95 at checkout.

Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout once a shipping address has been entered

We ship Monday through Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sunday or Holidays. Orders are picked up by our shipping partner (FedEx) at the end of each day (after 4 pm CST). Expect an email confirmation once your order has shipped with the tracking number.

Allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to be uploaded into our shipping partners’ system. They pick up at the end of each week day so there is a delay in tracking information.

We ONLY ship to locations that are in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Review our ‘Where to Buy’ store locator for store locations outside of the contiguous 48 states;

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Post Offices, PO Boxes, USPS general delivery, internationally (including Canada), or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Review our ‘Where to Buy’ store locator for pet supply dealers in your zip code area.


Free standard shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase subtotal of $50. No promotion code necessary. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes and shipping. All Free Shipping is based on Standard Shipping rates.

We do not offer Express Shipping options.

A flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 is applied to orders under $50.


In the event your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be canceled from the order. You may reorder once the items become available again.


We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. If for some reason you decide you don’t wish to receive your order we will make every effort to cancel it prior to shipping. Contact us at or call us at 800-525-9155 to cancel your order.


    We recommend placing orders as early in the week as possible to minimize delays. Orders placed after 1 pm CST will be shipped on the next business shipping day. If you are short on pet food, please consider one of your local authorized NutriSource retailers.

    Orders consisting of more than one item may be packaged separately, therefore may be delivered independent of one another.

    We will provide a delivery tracking number once the order has been shipped. It is automatically emailed to you at the address you provided during the ordering process.

    We are closed on the following holidays:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Any order placed on one of these days mentioned will process on the next business day in the order it was received.
