NutriSource® brand pet foods are unconditionally guaranteed. If you or your pet is not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. To request a return, please call (800) 525-9155 or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number. You may be required to provide additional information such as lot code and best buy date from the product. You will be provided with a shipping address for the return. We do not provide a return shipping label.
Upon receipt of returned product, the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, and other discounts or charges) of the item will be refunded. We do not take title of returned items until the item actually arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
Refund is issued through the payment method provided during the purchase or through a check at our discretion.
A refund may take up to 10 days to process. Credit on payment method may be delayed based upon each card issuer and is not within our control. Checks will be mailed using US first class mail.
In certain instances, the customer may opt for a replacement product or voucher. This replacement product, issued free of charge or through a voucher for a free item, will satisfy the return request.
